Perceo generates SOAP notes and claims, suggests billing codes and submits your claims to the RAMQ after your approval.
An evaluation checklist and a guide to prepare your demonstration. Two complementary resources, in the Perceo style, in French and English.

After a visit, documentation and follow-up continue. Perceo brings the note, the RAMQ claim and clinic tasks together in one place.
The transcript starts during the consultation and the SOAP note is built as the conversation unfolds. You review, correct and sign.
Perceo proposes the act and eligible supplements. You review before anything is sent to the RAMQ.
Reminders, appointments, payments and messages stay in sync without having to jump between three systems at the end of the day.
The note, the RAMQ claim and the day’s follow-up are all connected in the same chart. These are real Perceo screens, with fictional data.
Transcription happens during the visit. The SOAP note builds alongside it, in the right-hand column. You are not dictating a report — you are caring for someone.

Perceo proposes the act from what was said, checks the health card and eligibility, then transmits. If RAMQ refuses, the raw message is shown as-is and a correction is proposed.

The day’s queue, the calendar, messages and calls. What you need to see when you walk in, and nothing else.

Short videos filmed in the real dashboard, one step at a time.
The video loads only when you click: no data is sent to YouTube before that.
The figures below describe the knowledge base measured on September 22, 2026. They measure the knowledge base, not billing results.
Every Perceo module, in a single record.
One account and the same data, on all your devices.
You connect your account from the settings. For each service, Perceo asks for your consent and says what it can do, and what it does not do.
The initial values are examples to change. This simulation is not based on results measured from users.

No. Perceo is not an EMR. It prepares the note; you review it, sign it, then copy it into your EMR in one step. The note belongs to the physician.
RAMQ’s refusal message is shown as-is, with its code, without rewording. Perceo proposes a correction and shows you the rule behind it. Nothing is re-sent until you accept it.
Yes. The physician must obtain the patient’s explicit consent before using the scribe. The patient may refuse or withdraw consent; do not use the scribe in that case.
